Gradwells Farm dates back to 1680, and was the home of William Gradwell who’s family owned Croston.
We made some major renovations to preserve this grade 2 listed building, using reclaimed hand-made bricks, stone roof tiles, green oak trusses, green oak purlins, and vaulted ceilings.
The projected included a lot of consultation with building control, engineers and British Heritage, to ensure that this wonderful historic building survives for generations to come.
